Solder Seal Heat Shrink Sleeve

Available in four sizes to suit cable diameters from 0.25mm² to 6mm², our Solder Seal Connectors otherwise known as Solder and Seal Wire Connectors are colour-coded for easy size selection and are supplied in bags of 100.

Water-resistant, soldered joints have never been so easy to do, strip back the insulation from each of the two cables you want to join together, slide the Solder and Seal Connector over one of the cables, twist the strands together or place them side by side, slide the connector back over the joint, taking care to line up the solder ring with the conductors and heat up the joint using a heat gun. The solder ring will make a perfect soldered connection while the heat shrink section of the connector on each side of the joint will seal it onto the insulation making a strong, water-resistant joint. The process takes less than a minute and only requires a heat gun. You do not need a soldering iron or solder as it’s all built into the Solder Seal Wire Connector. Genius!
