Hippo Connectors

Genuine Hippo Connectors by LED Technologies are a simple and easy way to securely connect LED strip lights by connecting LED strip to strip or LED strip to wire.

These LED connectors help to speed up installation and are a new superior connector designed to replace the conventional snap-on LED tape connectors. Our range of hippo LED lighting connectors are supplied in either a Strip to Strip or Strip to Wire variations.

There is a hippo connector suitable for most LED Strip Lights. After a cut to the strip has been made, these temporary solution connectors will allow you to connect multiple LED strips together for short term use. Installed LED lights using these connectors should not be used permanently.

Hippo connectors are one of the best on the market and easy to install, however, we recommend these are only used on temporary/short term installations and they do not replace the preferred soldering solution to the PCB. Once the connectors are closed they cannot be reopened due to the firm and tight connection.
