Silicone Neon Flex Diffuser For LED Strips

Build perfectly flush, neon-style light lines with our 20x20mm Embedded Silicone Neon Flex range. Each profile is a flexible, surface-level diffuser that simply presses into a routed channel while the LED strip sits under the diffuser on an aluminium heat sink for a smooth, continuous glow. Supplied in 5-metre rolls with the option to cut them to required lengths, these profiles track gentle curves and corners for clean detailing in joinery, furniture and architectural features.

For a dot-free look, we recommend COB tape or medium/high LED densities (≥120 LEDs/m). Installation is straightforward; route the required space in your surface, lay the strip in the base channel on an aluminium heat sink profile, then press the neon silicone cover body into the routed area until it sits level with the finished surface. For higher-powered strips of 12 W/m or more, pair with one of our aluminium heat-sink profiles to manage temperature and protect LED longevity.
