Embedded Silicone Neon Flex Diffuser For LED Strips (16x16mm) 5 MTR Roll

This embedded silicone neon flex is a flexible diffuser for LED strip installations where a clean, flush-fitting finish is required. Designed for routed and recessed applications, the 16x16mm silicone profile sits neatly over an LED strip mounted within the channel beneath the diffuser. The flexible silicone body is suitable for LED strips up to 11mm wide. 

Manufactured from high-quality opal silicone, this diffuser cover for LED strip lights creates a smooth, uniform glow while reducing visible LED spotting and hot spots. It is ideal for architectural lighting, furniture, reception desks, steps, joinery details and feature lighting where a seamless neon-style effect is required.

Supplied as a continuous 5 metre roll, this flexible diffuser cover for LED strip lights can be cut to the required length and shaped around gradual curves while maintaining consistent light output. A suitable minimum bend radius should always be observed to prevent visible kinks or lumen drop along tighter curves. 

The ribbed edge design allows the silicone diffuser to grip securely inside routed channels for a reliable push-fit installation. Once installed, the diffuser sits level with the finished surface for a clean and professional appearance.

Installation is simple: route a suitable channel, position the LED strip within the base section, then press the silicone diffuser into place until flush with the surrounding surface. 

For LED strips exceeding 10W per metre, we recommend pairing this diffuser for LED strip use with one of our aluminium heat-sink profiles to assist with heat dissipation and help maintain long-term LED performance.
