LED Strip Silicone Diffuser for Flush Neon Lighting  

Our LED strip silicone diffuser profiles allow designers and installers to create perfectly flush lighting within routed surfaces. The 20×20 mm embedded silicone body presses directly into a prepared channel while the LED strip is mounted beneath the diffuser on an aluminium heat sink profile.  SideWinder 90 degree bendable LED strips are the best solution for curved installations when using these silicone covers.  

Supplied in 5-metre and 50-metre flexible lengths, these silicone diffusers follow gentle curves and corners, making them ideal for custom lighting details in joinery, retail displays and interior architecture. When combined with high-density LED tape, they deliver an even, dot-free illumination that closely replicates traditional neon lighting while maintaining the efficiency of modern LED technology.

Installation and LED Strip Compatibility

For best visual performance, we recommend pairing the diffuser with COB LED strips or LED tape with at least 120 LEDs per metre. The LED strip should be mounted within an aluminium heat-sink channel beneath the silicone cover to ensure effective heat dissipation and maintain a long LED lifespan.
