Mini Downlighters
From our wide range of high-quality Mi-Light & MiBoxer LED Lighting systems comes the stylish 3W Mini 12V LED Downlights. These stylish Aluminium Mini Downlighters from Mi-Boxer are a compact but surprisingly powerful 3W LED luminaire.
With an IP66 rating, they are perfect for installation in damp areas such as bathrooms, kitchens & wet rooms. These energy-efficient LED downlights are available in various options including:
- Warm white (2000K)
- Adjustable colour temperature (Warm White to Cool White)
- RGB
- RGBW colour changing
How do you install your Mini LED Downlight?
Although they are designed for installation into ceilings, they can be installed in many settings such as:
- Into the side of steps
- Installed into kitchen kick plates
- Under fitted wardrobes
- And many more
These stylish LED lights are a great alternative to your LED light bulbs and LED Strip Lights. Being IP66 rated they can also be installed outdoors and they fit neatly into the top or side of a decking. They are a perfect solution for lighting up your decking steps. In fact, providing there is a void of around 40mm behind the lights, they can be installed just about anywhere.
- Simply fit the downlighter into a 36mm diameter hole.
- Push the downlighter through the hole and clip it into place with the attached spring-loaded wings. This will hold the lights firmly in position.
- Connect the mini LED downlights together as required with the attached cables.
- Finally, connect the lights to your control system and you are ready to go.
An input voltage of DC12V is required for this Mini LED Downlight.
Note: Enough ventilation must be available around the light. It is not recommended to cover them with insulating materials such as loft insulation.
These downlights can be installed in strings up to 20 units. Easily link the lights together with the supplied “Plug & Play” link cable attached to the lights. Providing there is a void of around 40mm behind the lights, they can be installed just about anywhere.
