Commercial 50 Metre LED Strips
Supplied in 50m rolls for convenience, our range of 24V COB and SMD LED strips is designed primarily for professional installers and electrical wholesalers. The COB strip is available in a range of colours together with cool white (6500K), natural white (5000K), daylight white (4000K) and also two warm white shades of 3000K or 2700K.
The 50m COB strip is “free cutting” and can be cut off the roll at any point as required (see note) and there are also convenient solder points should you wish to solder to the strip.
The SMD range is available in the same white colour temperature as the COB strip except for 5000K. These two options of 50m LED strips are perfect for projects that require varying lengths of LED products.
Please bear in mind however that the same "5m linking rule" applies to the 50m strips as with standard 5m rolls (see note).
The SMD tape can be "cut off" the roll as and when needed at the marked 100mm cutting points, and it is available in both 4.8W /m and 9.6W /m versions. All the 50m rolls are supplied in IP20 for indoor use and are perfect for professional installations for both commercial and domestic projects.

Important Note: It is important to remember that the maximum run of the LED strip is the same as with standard LED strip which is 5m with a driver at one end. Connecting longer lengths than this can result in voltage drop causing a difference in brightness and colour consistency from one end to the other.
In addition, if too much of the LED strip is connected together, the strip can be damaged due to heat build-up which will shorten the life of the product.
