Wide Shallow LED Strip Profile 2 MTR 

This wide LED profile is a high-quality and durable solution for housing LED strip lights. The extrusion is 2 metres in length and can be cut to bespoke sizes, making it suitable for a wide range of lighting installations. With an internal depth of 6.4mm, this flat LED channel can accommodate LED strips up to 39mm in width. 

Manufactured from high-quality anodised aluminium, this profile acts as both a protective housing and a heat sink, improving thermal management and extending LED lifespan.

The integrated clip-in diffuser transforms the installation into a diffused LED strip solution, helping to eliminate visible LED hotspots and create a smooth, even light output.

Installation Guide

This aluminium extrusion can be installed using: 

  • Supplied mounting clips  

  • Countersunk screw fixing through the profile base  

Important installation note: 
When installing LED strips into a profile, ensure the back of the strip is properly insulated from the aluminium housing. As aluminium is conductive, direct contact may interfere with low-voltage LED performance.
