The Tall Crown Black LED Profile 2 MTR is a premium-quality black anodised aluminium LED extrusion, designed for professional and stylish installations of LED strip lights and LED tape. Supplied in 2-metre lengths, it can be cut to bespoke sizes for seamless integration into crown mouldings, coving, shelving, or feature lighting in contemporary interiors. With a depth of 14.5mm, it accommodates LED tape no more than 12mm wide, making it compatible with both single-colour and RGB LED strips for high-end residential and commercial projects.

Included are both black and opal diffusers, allowing you to customise the finish and achieve the perfect lighting effect for commercial or residential projects.

Installation

Deep LED profiles can be mounted using the included mounting clips or hanging clips, or secured by screwing through the back of the aluminium profile with countersunk-headed screws. The profile can be cut to length on-site for customised installations and is compatible with a wide range of LED strip adhesives and mounting methods.

Note: When installing LED strips into a profile, ensure the back of the strip remains insulated from the profile. Aluminium conducts low-voltage power, and contact with the copper pads on the LED tape may cause it to stop working.
