Product Description

This Box recessed LED channel is perfect for installing LED strip lights into a recess for an attractive installation. This LED channel recessed is designed for applications where only a shallow void can be made so that the LED lighting will look like a part of the surface.

This recessed LED light channel is 8mm in depth. It requires a 17mm wide recess and enables LED tape that is no more than 15mm to be mounted inside. It is 2m in length which can be cut to size to ensure that it fits perfectly into the space.

 

Our LED strip recessed profiles are made from high-quality anodised aluminium with a slide-in diffuser. This offers a huge amount of benefits including acting as a heat sink to reduce heat build-up. LED recessed channels are perfect for achieving a professional and neat installation. They will improve the overall look of the LED light strips, perfect for high-end installation in both domestic and commercial projects.

 

Installation

Recessed LED strip channels can be mounted using the fixing clips provided, or screwing directly through the back with a countersunk-headed screw.

 

Note: When installing LED strips into a profile, check that the back of the strip remains insulated from the profile. The profile is aluminium, meaning it will conduct the low-voltage power going through the tape, causing it to stop working.
