Recessed LED Channel for LED Strip Lights

This recessed LED channel is ideal for installing LED strip lights into shallow recesses for a clean and professional finish. Designed to sit flush with the surface, this profile allows LED lighting to blend seamlessly into walls, ceilings, furniture, cabinetry and display installations. 

The recessed LED channel is specifically designed for applications where only a shallow void can be created, helping the LED lighting appear integrated into the surface rather than surface mounted.

Aluminium Recessed LED Channel Specifications 

This recessed LED channel features an 8mm profile depth and requires a 17mm wide recess for installation. It is suitable for LED tape and LED strip lights up to 15mm wide. 

Supplied in a 1 metre length, the aluminium LED profile can easily be cut to size for a precise fit within your project or installation area.

Installation of Recessed LED Channel

Recessed LED strip channels can be installed using the fixing clips provided or by screwing directly through the back of the profile using countersunk screws.

Important Installation Note

When installing LED strips into the recessed LED channel, ensure the back of the LED strip remains insulated from the aluminium profile. As aluminium is conductive, contact with exposed electrical components may cause the LED tape to stop functioning correctly.
