Easy "Plug & Play" Installation

The MiBoxer Mini Downlights are designed as a modular system. They can be installed in strings of up to 20 units.

Installation Steps:

  1. Drill a 36mm diameter hole in the mounting surface (ceiling, plinth, decking).
  2. Ensure a void depth of at least 40mm for ventilation (Do not cover with insulation).
  3. Connect the downlights using the specific Starter and Link cables.
  4. Push the downlight into the hole; the spring-loaded wings will secure it in place.
  5. Connect to your 12V DC driver and control system.

Note: The driver is supplied with input/output wire tails which need to be connected to a waterproof junction box (e.g., IP68 gel connectors) to maintain the IP rating. Ensure the driver is installed in a ventilated area as the unit is air cooled.
