The LEDTech 300W 24V constant voltage LED driver is engineered for professional LED lighting applications that demand substantial, sustained power output. Measuring 210 x 63 x 28mm and delivering up to 12.5A of continuous DC current, this driver is the natural choice for large commercial installations, hospitality and retail environments, and sophisticated multi-zone LED control systems.

Many modern LED controllers, particularly those handling RGB, RGBW or CCT colour-changing strip lights across multiple channels, have high combined current demands. Using a single 300W driver removes the need for multiple lower-wattage units and eliminates the complications associated with load sharing between parallel drivers, simplifying both installation and ongoing maintenance.

The driver accepts an input voltage range of 175–265V AC, making it fully compatible with UK mains supplies, and delivers a tightly regulated 24VDC output with ±0.5VDC accuracy. This level of output stability is essential for professional-grade lighting where colour consistency and brightness uniformity are critical.

A full suite of built-in protection features is included. Short circuit protection resets automatically when the fault condition is removed. Over voltage protection is active at all times. Should an over-temperature condition occur, for example if ventilation is inadvertently restricted, the driver will shut down its output and restore normal operation once re-energised after cooling, protecting the driver and the connected LED products from damage.

For long-term reliability, we recommend operating this driver at no more than 70% of its maximum rated output, equating to approximately 210W of continuous load. When powering RGB, RGBW or CCT colour-changing systems, where all channels are rarely driven at maximum simultaneously, higher loading levels can be tolerated; however, the 70% guideline remains best practice for always-on white-light applications.

This driver is air-cooled and must be installed in a well-ventilated location. Airflow around the casing must not be obstructed by insulation, cable trays or adjacent equipment.
