The LEDTech 200W 24V LED driver delivers reliable, high-capacity power for demanding LED lighting installations in both commercial and residential environments. With a maximum output current of 8.3A and compact dimensions of 205 x 51 x 28mm, this 24V 200W LED driver is ideal for powering longer LED strip runs, architectural cove lighting, feature walls and large-scale decorative lighting schemes.

Designed for use with standard UK mains supplies, this 24V LED driver 200W accepts an input voltage range of 175–265V AC and provides a stable 24VDC output with voltage accuracy of ±0.5VDC. This ensures consistent brightness and colour rendering across connected LED lighting products, even when load conditions vary.

As LED control systems become increasingly sophisticated, many multi-channel controllers and DMX decoders require significant combined current. A single 200W driver can efficiently power these devices without the complexity and potential voltage-matching issues associated with operating multiple smaller drivers in parallel.

Comprehensive protection comes as standard, including automatic short circuit recovery once a fault is cleared, over voltage protection against supply anomalies, and over temperature shutdown to safeguard both the driver and connected LED lighting during periods of high ambient temperature or restricted airflow. Once cooled, simply re-energise the unit.

For maximum service life, we recommend operating the driver at approximately 75% of its rated output, equivalent to around 150W continuous load. This is particularly important for air-cooled installations in partially enclosed spaces and helps extend the lifespan of both the driver and connected LEDs.

The driver must be installed in a well-ventilated location with unrestricted airflow and must not be covered by insulation or installed within sealed enclosures.
