Product Description

The slim line plaster in profile is perfect for recessing into ceilings and plastered walls. Easy to fit, screw the profile into the ceiling then plaster up to the aluminium.

Putting one of our bright LED strips in this would act as a main source of light in a room. Adding the diffuser in when turned on you will get a seamless line of light and when turned off a nice flush finish. Using this profile in a wall would also make a decorative wall feature.

Mounting your LED lighting strips inside this profile is a quick and easy process. Simply peel off the sticky tape from the LED strip light and carefully place it within the high quality aluminium LED profile. All of our profiles come supplied with all the accessories required, these include:

 

  • LED Strip diffuser & end caps
  • Mounting clips
  • Mounting brackets

 

As well as providing sturdy housing this recess profile also acts as a heat sink to dissipate heat. Brighter LED Strips tend to emit more heat than lower-powered strips. Because of this, it is important that the more powerful LED strips are mounted into a profile for this reason.

 

One of the main benefactors of using LED aluminium profiles is that it will extend the life of the LED tape installed. LED Technologies offer a range of different styles of profiles, from recessed LED profiles that can be surface mounted and corner LED profiles.
