Where Does SideWinder Bend?

The shaped PCB allows a fold at the designated bend points between LED chips, up to 90°. Follow the selected product’s installation instructions and avoid folding directly across an LED or component.

Which LED Type Should I Choose?

Single colours create a fixed accent. White strips provide one white temperature. Dynamic white lets you adjust from warm to cool. RGB changes colour, while RGBW adds a dedicated white channel. Use a compatible controller for adjustable options.

Can I Use It Outdoors?

SideWinder tape is IP20 and designed for dry indoor installations. A silicone diffuser does not automatically make the complete tape installation waterproof. Contact the technical team if your project needs protection against moisture.

What Else Does My Installation Need?

Choose a power supply that matches the strip’s voltage and load, plus a compatible controller if dimming or colour control is required. Plan cable runs, feed points and voltage drop before installation. Our technical team can help with complex shapes and bespoke assemblies.
