Domed Plaster In LED Strip Profile 2 MTR

This LED strip plaster-in profile is perfect for housing LED strip lights. Designed to be installed into the ceiling or plastered wall for a secure and flush lighting installation, featuring a domed diffuser.

The total width of this plaster in aluminium profile is 65.4mm and a total depth of 28mm. The internal tray is able to house LED tape that is no more than 23mm in width. This is a 2m length, that can be easily cut into bespoke sizes to fit into any space perfectly.

Installation

This extrusion for LED strips is fixed into place by plastering over the corrugated wings.

To mount the strips onto the plaster in extrusion, simply peel the protective paper off the lights to reveal the adhesive backing. Then stick the strip lights to the interval tray, and clip-in the diffuser.

Note: When installing LED strips into a profile, check that the back of the strip remains insulated from the profile. The profile is aluminium, meaning it will conduct the low-voltage power going through the tape, causing it to stop working.
