Product Description

This box tray LED profile is a high-quality and durable solution for housing LED strip lights. This LED extrusion is 1m in length, which can be cut to a customise length to fit into any space perfectly.

With a total depth of 41.4mm, this has an additional tray underneath the profile which cables can be fed through. This deep LED channel can house LED tape that is no more than 33mm in width.

Our LED deep channels are ideal for creating spotless LED lighting as the strip will not be sitting directly under the diffuser. Therefore, the light can be more evenly distributed compared to shallow LED extrusions. This will create an attractive bar of light without any pixelation.

 

This deep LED extrusion is made from high-quality anodised aluminium with a clip-in diffuser. It is designed for large voids, enabling the lighting to look as if it is part of the surface. This deep profile is an ideal solution for contemporary and elegant lighting in both commercial and domestic projects.

 

Installation

Deep LED channels can be mounted using the mounting clips provided. It can also be fixed by screwing through the back of the profile with a countersunk-headed screw.

Note: When installing LED strips into a profile, check that the back of the strip remains insulated from the profile. The profile is aluminium, meaning it will conduct the low-voltage power going through the tape, causing it to stop working.
