Cutting Procedure

Measure Exact Length Because Nano features "Free Cutting" technology, you can measure exactly where you need the light to end without looking for fixed cut marks.

Fix Profile or Prepare Channel Secure the aluminium mounting profile to your surface using countersunk screws or adhesive first. If routing a groove, ensure the channel is clean and dry.

Cut Vertically Using sharp electrical shears or heavy-duty scissors, cut straight down through the neon body.

Insert Neon Strip Align the neon with the profile or the pre-routed groove and firmly press it into place. The precision friction-fit design grips the strip securely, creating a seamless, clip-free installation.

Seal the End Apply non-corrosive silicone glue to the cut end and push-fit the Nano End Cap to maintain the IP67 rating.

Connect Power Connect the 300mm cable tails to a suitable power source. For optimal performance, you can browse our comprehensive range of 24V drivers here to find the correct match for your setup.
Important: Always cut vertically (90°). Do not cut at an angle, as this may damage the internal PCB.
Note: Once cut, you cannot make a new electrical connection at the cut end. The product is supplied with tails at both ends for two separate runs if cut once.
