Flexi Rope 2-Pin Starter Connector Pack 10pcs

The Flexi Rope Starter connectors are supplied in packs of 10 x connectors as spares, that are fitted with rounded pins on one side of the connector and pointed pins on the other side, unlike the link pin connectors which have pointed pins on both sides, the link connectors are designed to be used with the starter kit in case the starter kit connector is damaged.

Connection method:  The starter connectors should only be installed with the starter kit which includes the Bridge rectifier, Flexi Rope Heat Shrink Tube Pack and the Flexi Rope Silicone Glue. To make a connection, slide a length of the Flexi Rope Heat Shrink Tube over the Flexi Rope, insert the 2-pin starter connector (rounded pin side) into the cable leading from the bridge rectifier, next carefully line up the pins with the two marks on the Flexi Rope. Push the pins firmly into the Flexi Rope carefully aligning the pins into the marks on the end of the Flexi Rope. Carefully apply the Flexi Rope Silicone Glue over the joint and then slide the heat shrink sleeve over the joint and apply heat (using a heat gun) to the Heat Shrink sleeve until it is firmly gripping the joint. Wipe off any excess Silicone glue from either side of the heat shrink sleeve.
